David Lynn

Has worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow with Dan Bradley at the Smurfit Institute of Genetics, Trinity College Dublin, Ireland from 2004 until the end of 2006.
At Trinity, David's research included work on adaptive evolution of primate, bovine, chicken and fish genes during their evolution and determining whether these genes also have evidence of continued selection at the population level. David is particularly interested in the evolution of the immune response at the species and population levels. David is currently a Research Associate at Simon Fraser University, Burnaby (Vancouver), B.C., Canada where he is the lead bioinformatics researcher on an international pathogenomics project.
