David Lynn
Has worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow with Dan Bradley at the Smurfit
Institute of Genetics, Trinity College Dublin, Ireland from 2004 until
the end of 2006.
At Trinity, David's research included work on adaptive
evolution of primate, bovine, chicken and fish genes during their evolution
and determining whether these genes also have evidence of continued
selection at the population level. David is particularly interested in the
evolution of the immune response at the species and population levels.
David is currently a Research Associate at Simon Fraser University, Burnaby
(Vancouver), B.C., Canada where he is the lead bioinformatics researcher on
an international pathogenomics project. A list of publications can be
